· Technical Difficulty: riding skill level needed
· Endurance: combined effect of length, uphill and downhill
· Wilderness: amount of planning required based on mobile phone reception, rescue options, water supply and wildlife
· Exposure: consequences of a fall

This information is subject to inevitable variations, so none of these indications are absolute. The first section of the route, which leads from the green meadows of Passo Bordala to the Somator Refuge, is characterised by a false-flat, while the last section, about half a kilometre, becomes a little more challenging, but in the blink of an eye you will reach the refuge, a destination for a regenerating break for both adults and children, the latter of whom will be able to enjoy the beautiful weather and have fun in the playground surrounded by the green mountains of the Val di Gresta.
After the right recharge, it is time to return to the starting point and start the descent that will soon reach the Bordala Pass.
The Gresta Valley area can be reached from the other centres of Garda Trentino by the extra-urban bus line 332 (Rovereto - Mori - Riva del Garda - Arco - Bolognano).
Once you reach the stop in Mori, we suggest you continue with a bike shuttle that will take you as far as Passo Bordala.
Riding your bike requires specific clothing and equipment, even for relatively short and easy trips. It is always better to be prepared… e.g. for bad weather or a sudden drop in your energy levels. The unexpected things are part of the fun!
Remember to thoroughly evaluate the type of route you plan on doing, the locations you intend to cross and the current season. Has it been raining? Attention: The paths may be slippery and require more caution.
What do I need to bring on my bike tour?
